Atlas Realms collects minimal data to provide game recommendations and improve the experience. This includes:

• Search queries and selections — what you type into Ask Atlas and which guidance pills you use. This is used to generate recommendations and is not linked to your identity.
• Session identifiers — a random ID stored in your browser's local storage to group your searches within a session. This is not tied to any personal information and resets when you clear your browser data.
• Analytics data — we use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, clicks, device type). These tools may use cookies.
• Cloudflare — our site and API requests are routed through Cloudflare, which may log IP addresses and request metadata as part of its standard security and performance services.

We do not require accounts, passwords, or personal information to use Atlas Realms. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information through the site. Vault purchases are handled entirely through PayPal Goods & Services.

Data collected is used solely to generate game recommendations, understand how the site is used, and improve the experience. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Atlas Realms uses the following third-party services:

• PostHog — product analytics
• Google Analytics — site analytics
• Cloudflare — CDN, security, and API routing
• PayPal — payment processing for Vault purchases
• Airtable — game database

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to reset your session data. Most browsers allow you to block or manage cookies through their settings. Using Atlas Realms does not require accepting cookies — the core recommendation functionality works without them.
