Atlas Realms provides board game recommendations for informational purposes. Recommendations are generated algorithmically based on the information you provide and our curated game database. While we strive for accuracy, recommendations are suggestions — not guarantees of enjoyment or suitability. We encourage you to research any game before purchasing.

Games sold through The Vault are physical, pre-owned items unless otherwise noted. Each listing includes a condition rating and detailed condition notes describing the state of the game.

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned and collectible items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review condition descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.
• Condition descriptions are honest. We describe every flaw we find. If something is not mentioned, it was not observed during inspection. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before buying.
• Damaged in transit. Atlas Realms is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. All games are carefully packed to minimize risk, but once a package is in the carrier's possession, any damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. PayPal Goods & Services buyer protection may apply — refer to PayPal's policies for details.

All payments are processed through PayPal Goods & Services, which provides buyer protection for eligible purchases. Atlas Realms does not directly collect or store payment information.

Shipping is not included in listed prices and is calculated separately based on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping options and costs are communicated before final purchase. We use Pirate Ship to access the lowest available USPS and UPS rates. Games are packed with care to minimize damage during transit.

Vault prices reflect condition, rarity, and current market value. Prices are subject to change without notice. A listed price is honored once payment is received.

Vault inventory is limited to one copy of each title unless otherwise noted. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to keep listings current, but availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Game titles, cover art, and related imagery belong to their respective publishers. Atlas Realms displays this information for the purpose of identifying and recommending products. The Atlas Realms name, logo, and original site content are the property of Atlas Realms.

Atlas Realms is provided as-is. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on our recommendations. Our liability for any Vault transaction is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
